All products on the site have an expected delivery date displayed on the product page — we always recommend checking this before placing your order.
Standard Delivery
The vast majority of orders placed before 4.30pm will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed after 4.30pm will typically be delivered within 1–2 business days.
· Stocked stationery items: 1–2 business days
· Stocked furniture and bulky items: as stated on the product page
· Non-stocked items: up to 30+ business days

Furniture Deliveries
Furniture items are delivered to the ground floor only, as this is covered by our courier's insurance. If delivery to another floor is required, this will need to be arranged separately. Please note that some furniture items are delivered flat-packed and require self-assembly.
Furniture Installation
If you'd prefer to have your furniture professionally installed, we offer an installation service for many furniture items. Please contact our team before placing your order and we'll be happy to discuss this option and provide a quote.
Upstairs Deliveries
If your order is required on a specific floor, please include the relevant floor number when placing your order so our courier team can plan accordingly.
Deliveries of Safes & Heavy Items
Safes and security cabinets are bulky, heavy items and may incur additional delivery charges depending on:
· The weight of the item
· Ease of access to the building
· Whether steps are involved
· Whether delivery is to an upper floor
When you purchase a safe or filing cabinet, our team will contact you to gather basic access information before arranging delivery. Please be aware that bulky items and pallet deliveries may carry a higher delivery charge than a standard package — our customer service team will always confirm any additional costs with you before proceeding.
Remote Islands
A limited number of remote islands off the Irish coast are subject to additional delivery charges. Our customer service team will contact you immediately if this applies to your order, and will only proceed with your approval.
