CONTRACT FORMATION
All orders placed by you the customer on the HuntOffice.ie Website are on the basis of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and are subject to acceptance by us by delivery of the goods to you at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between us. Your order confirmation is for your convenience only and does not constitute an acceptance of your order. Title in the goods shall not pass to the customer until all sums due from the customer to the supplier (HuntOffice.ie) on any account have been paid.
YOUR ORDER
We reserve the right to substitute goods within your order with goods of an equivalent nature (e.g a blue stapler for a red one). If you do not wish to accept the substituted goods then you must return them to us within 7 days of their receipt.
DELIVERY SHORTAGES
On receipt of your order, prior to signing for your goods, please carefully check the supporting delivery note supplied by the carrier to ensure that the contents of your delivery corresponds to the items mentioned on the delivery note/packing slip. No responsibility can be accepted afterwards for short delivery if there is a discrepancy. All shortages must be reported by email to HuntOffice within 48 hours. Claims for shortages must be supported by the carrier’s proof of delivery note on which the goods have been signed for as short.
PRICING
"List Price" - any "list price" used on this Site represents the manufacturers' suggested retail selling prices and may not be indicative of the prevailing selling prices at any specific time and place in your area. "Our Price" - despite our careful attention to pricing, an item could be mis-priced inadvertently. If an item's correct price is lower than our quoted price, we will charge the lower (correct) amount and deliver the item to you. If an item's correct price is higher than our quoted price, HuntOffice.ie will have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. However, we might at our discretion decide to honour the lower (incorrect) price and send the item in order not to cause you inconvenience. You "Save" - all references to your "savings" on this Site are based on your average savings relative to the "list price" excluding the VAT calculation.
INK & TONER
Prices may change on a monthly basis on Inks and Toners as these are dependent on currency fluctuations, special offers, demand and supply!
FURNITURE
A separate delivery charge will be added to most furniture items as these incur additional handling and delivery cost from manufacturers.
PRICE PROMISE
At HuntOffice.ie we strive to offer the most competitive price on the marketplace to our customers as a result prices may fluctuate. However, if you find an Internet retailer in Ireland offering a lower price on an identical product of the same brand and model within 10 days of your purchase from HuntOffice.ie, we will credit your account for 100% of the price difference. The products in question must be identical, i.e. the same manufacturer and model etc. The product must be priced in €. You must be able to produce documentary evidence of the price of the product quoted by the other supplier, in the form of an official quote, internet address etc. The price quoted must be within the past ten days. As you can appreciate, this price promise does not apply to: Old products and those not immediately available. Promotional prices or free offers that are not normal retail prices. Prices based on printing or typographical errors. Products with special financing terms. Agreed special contract pricing. Companies that are not based in Ireland, or office supplies retailers that do not sell online. HuntOffice.ie reserves the right to amend this offer at any time, without notice.

We may contact you periodically to communicate promotions and special offers. As per the legal requirements, on every communication a valid 'opt-out' option will be provided.
