Waste Electrical, Electronic Equipment & Battery Recycling

HuntOffice has put a program in place that looks after the recycling of batteries and electronic equipment that have reached their end of life.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) products are taken back free of charge on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis. Waste batteries including rechargeable batteries are taken back free of charge. You are not obliged to make any purchase when returning old batteries. Each local authority must also accept household WEEE and small batteries free of charge at its recycling facilities. All WEEE and waste batteries must be recycled and should not be placed in any of your household wheelie bins. Make sure you always recycle all your old electrical goods and batteries.

If you wish to avail of our WEEE recycling program, when placing your order please contact our customer service department tel: 01 6230623 so we can organise collection of your old equipment.

Prior to collection, please ensure that old equipment is disconnected and ready in advance of collection.  We can collect WEEE items within 15 days of delivery of your new product. Simply call us to ensure arrangements are put in place and to allow us to contact you with a 24-hour notice of delivery and collection.

You can at anytime send your old equipment or batteries to your local recycling centre who are obliged to accept WEEE products and waste batteries free of charge.
