Standard Expected Delivery
Most in-stock office products are delivered on the next business day when ordered before 4:30pm. Orders placed after this time are typically delivered within 1–2 business days.
For larger, made-to-order or specialist items, delivery times may vary. The expected lead time for every item is clearly stated on each individual product page — we recommend checking this before placing your order.
Transparent Delivery Pricing
A standard delivery charge of €9.99 applies to the majority of office products. All delivery costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Bulky Items, Furniture & Pallet Deliveries
Some larger items — such as furniture, safes, and other heavy or oversized products — may require specialist delivery arrangements and can carry additional delivery charges beyond the standard rate.
Depending on the size and nature of the items, deliveries of this type may:
• Be delivered on a pallet
• Require a vehicle fitted with a tail lift
• Be subject to access requirements at your premises
Our team will contact you in advance where needed to confirm delivery arrangements and any additional costs. Please ensure someone is available to accept and sign for bulky deliveries, and let us know of any access restrictions at your premises.
Furniture Delivery, Assembly & Installation
We supply and deliver a wide range of office furniture across Ireland, with options to support your full setup requirements.
• Some furniture is delivered flat-packed for safe and efficient transport
• Assembly is available on office chairs and desks
• A nationwide team of professional installers is available for larger projects
Our HuntOffice Interiors team can manage complete office fit-outs, including delivery, assembly and full workspace installation
We also welcome customers to visit our furniture showrooms in Dublin, Limerick and Cork. These are by appointment only so please contact our customer service department to make an appointment.

Delivery Shortages
Please check your delivery carefully before signing. Any discrepancies should be noted with the courier at the time of delivery. All shortages must be reported within 48 hours and supported by the delivery note.
