The majority of in-stock office products are delivered next business day when ordered before 4:30pm. Orders placed after this time are typically delivered within 1–2 business days.
For larger, made-to-order or specialist items, delivery times may vary. Estimated delivery timelines are always clearly displayed on each product page.

A standard delivery charge of €9.99 applies to the majority of office products.
Some larger or bulky items may have additional delivery charges depending on size and handling requirements. All delivery costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery Shortages
Please check your delivery carefully before signing. If there are any discrepancies, they should be noted with the courier at the time of delivery.
All shortages must be reported within 48 hours and supported by the delivery note.
