Can I Amend My Order?
We understand that sometimes you need to make a change after placing an order β don't worry, we'll do our best to help!
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend your order, as changes can only be made before your order has been dispatched. Once your order has shipped, we're unfortunately unable to make amendments at that stage.

We understand that sometimes plans change β if you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. As many of our stocked items ship very quickly, it's important to get in touch promptly. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it for you.
What if my order has already been dispatched?
Whether you're looking to amend or cancel your order, if it has already shipped we're unable to make changes at that stage, but we may be able to arrange a return. Please note the following:
Items must be unopened and in a fully re-saleable condition to be eligible for return.
Some items are non-returnable by nature β these include special order items, personalised products, customised or made-to-order goods, food and beverage products, clothing, safety wear, footwear, headsets, and technology products where the security seal has been broken or tampered with.

All return requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and our team will always work with you to find the best possible resolution.
