Delivery Information

Great Value:
A delivery charge of €9.99 applies to the majority of office products however some products may have varying delivery charges which will appear in your shopping cart.  Larger, bulkier items may have a higher delivery charge. Your delivery charge will be visible in your shopping cart.

Standard Expected Delivery:
The vast majority of products on the site will be delivered the next business day if ordered before 4.30pm. Orders placed after 4.30pm will be delivered in 1-2 business days.
However we do have items with longer lead times, these include but not limited to furniture,  a range of office supplies products, inks, printers etc. For items of this nature - the expected delivery times are detailed on the product page.

Accepting Delivery:
We deliver throughout Ireland, all deliveries must be signed for so please ensure someone is available, delivery is between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays), we are unable to accommodate specific delivery times however when delivering to schools the courier will take into account school closing times. We do NOT deliver to PO boxes.

Delivery Shortages:On receipt of your order, prior to signing for your goods, please carefully check the supporting delivery note supplied by the carrier to ensure that the contents of your delivery corresponds to the items mentioned on the delivery note/packing slip.  No responsibility can be accepted afterwards for short delivery if there is a discrepancy.  All shortages must be reported by email to HuntOffice within 48 hours.  Claims for shortages must be supported by the carrier’s proof of delivery note on which the goods have been signed for as short.

Remote Islands:A limited number of remote Islands off the Irish Coast are subject to additional delivery charges. Our Customer service team will inform you immediately if this applies to your order, and will continue only with your approval.

Delivery of bulky items, furniture items and upstairs deliveries
The courier is contracted to deliver to the stated address on the order. For regular sized orders (excluding furniture and bulky items) if your order is required on another floor, please include the relevant floor number on the order.

For furniture & bulky items, insurance covers our couriers to deliver furniture products to the ground floor only. If furniture needs to be delivered to a different level you will need to arrange this separately yourself. Please note that furniture items are delivered flat-packed and require self assembly.

For heavy items including many security safes, additional delivery charges may apply depending on the weight of the safe or cabinet being delivered and the ease of access to the building. There may be additional charges if two delivery people are required instead of one, whether there are steps leading into the building or if delivery is to a ground floor or an upstairs floor. When you buy a safe or filing cabinet we will contact you and ask you for some basic access information.
